HORSE & JOCKEY STEPS UP TO HELP

I was contacted by one of the owners of The Horse & Jockey country pub &. Restaurant at Curbridge, Tony Lynam recently who wanted to know how they could help in the fight against corronavirus while closed. Following a lot of thought Tony decided that they would provide fresh hot meals free of charge to NHS and emergency services staff working on the front line.

The initiative launched on Sunday night and the guaranteed socially-distanced photo shows South Central Ambulance Service staff Hannah Wise, Chrissy Jenkins and Julia Blake receiving their meals after their busy shift. If you are working in our emergency services please just give them a call on 01489-796654 to book your meal which will be served daily between 5pm and 9pm.

Thank you to Tony and the whole team for what you are doing at this difficult time. If any local business would like to donate any fresh produce to help make these delicious meals please do get in touch.
