PORTCHESTER BOWLING CLUB TRANSFORMATION
I was delighted to join Portchester Councillor Nick Walker at
Portchester Bowling Club to meet Chairman Ken Gibbs and Secretary Debbie Sowrey to see the transformation of the clubhouse following investment of £20,000 from the
Fareham Borough Council Community Fund and £20,000 from Hampshire County Council
Recreation and Heritage Community Fund.
The facilities are now fantastic and I am so pleased that as well as a superb bowling green members now have function facilities that will be the envy of many clubs in the area.
Very well done to everyone involved in making this fantastic community project happen.
